STOP TELLING YOURSELF WHAT YOU CAN’T DO. IMMEDIATELY. Through intentional practice, shift your self-talk from “I can’t do that”, or “I wish” to “I will”. Accept the fact that it won’t be easy, it might hurt, take more energy than you think you have, require great sacrifice, and that you might fail 100 times before you finally get it right. But damn, if you want it, do whatever it takes to make it happen. Period.
