Introducing “Everyday Engine”
Everyday Engine is a break from our traditional Strength, Cardio and Recovery programming. These workouts will all be a blend of strength and conditioning and on some days, running. These workouts could be done A’ la carte, or better yet, followed daily. Click Here for class times and a sample breakdown of our weekly programming. “Everyday Engine” is ideal for anyone looking to prepare or compete in any hybrid fitness racing (DEKA, Hyrox, and OCR/Spartan) event, or just wanting to take their fitness to another exciting level. In addition, we will also re-start our Interval Running Program.
Interval Running Program – Sundays at 8 am – ROOS Track
Interval running is perfect for anyone who would like to improve speed and endurance in running. All levels are welcome, as the workouts will be time based.
Bags and Bells
Bags and Bells is a strength and conditioning class that blends sandbags and kettlebells together, for a fund and unique workout experience. Learn the foundational movements of the sandbags and kettlebell in a way that builds strength, work capacity and resilience. Short, simple, and sweet, but never easy.
