Menopause does not mean the end of strength, fitness, or confidence in your body. In this workshop, a women’s health physical therapist will break down common myths surrounding menopause and physical decline, and replace them with evidence-based information and practical strategies.
Participants will learn how hormonal changes can affect muscles, joints, bone health, and the pelvic floor—and, more importantly, what you can do about it. This session will focus on safe, effective ways to build strength, maintain fitness, and support your body through the menopausal transition.
Whether you’re in perimenopause, postmenopause, or simply want to better understand what’s ahead, this workshop is designed to empower you with knowledge, reassurance, and actionable tools you can use right away.
