WHO: Athletes, regardless of sport or skill level/proficiency, ages 13-15 seeking to improve their strength, speed, or agility.
WHAT: 12-Week Program that will focus on building the athlete in a safe and progressive manner; age-appropriate weightlifting, balance, agility, conditioning, mobility, and speed development; limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
WHEN: March 20th – June 9th …meeting twice weekly on Sundays at 2 pm and Wednesdays at 4 pm
WHERE: John Hayley’s Unbreakable Fitness – 7511 Madison Street- Forest Park, IL 60130
COST: $300 (22 classes) – No classes on Sunday, March 31st and Sunday, May 12th
