Strength
Use a variety of methods such as weight training, kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension and body weight to build incredible strength and lean muscle.
HIIT Cardio Conditioning
Improve your endurance as we build stamina and conditioning using rowers, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. No running or jumping.
HYROX
Interval training designed to improve your functional fitness/performance in HYROX events.
Boot Camp
Improve your endurance as we build stamina and conditioning using rowers, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more.
Mobility
Functional movement, deep tissue work, core stability and yoga inspired stretching to enhance mobility and encourage better posture.
Yoga
We have explored and refined many of the basic asanas (poses) in our foundations classes. This class is designed to go deeper into the poses and to learn more advanced postures along the way. There will be less breaking down of each pose and more of a moving practice.
Raising The Bar
Build strength and lean muscle while learning the proper form on deadlifts, barbell squats, and bench press, etc. Saturday - total body, Tuesday - Upper Body, Thursday - Lower body
