Amy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 9 years of experience counseling clients for weight management, disease prevention and management, exercise nutrition, and gastrointestinal disorders. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Clemson University (go Tigers!) and completed her Dietetic Internship in Augusta, Georgia. She is currently pursuing a certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Amy has a passion for overall wellness – physical, mental, and social – and embeds all aspects in her work with clients.
During a session with Amy, you’ll quickly see that her coaching philosophy involves equal parts nutrition education, behavior change, and the psychology behind eating. Through this lens, Amy will motivate you to take purposeful action to feel your best. She is a strong believer that living a healthy lifestyle should expand your life, not constrict it, and that food can be the most powerful medicine there is.
