OUR NEXT NUTRITON WORKSHOP
Fueling Your Inner Athlete "The other 23 hours": What to eat before, during, and after your workouts to maximize your efforts in the gym.
Sunday June 8th at 9 am
Join us for our next weekend workshop with Registered Dietitian Amy Carson! We will be discussing how to make the most of your hard work in the gym by fueling your body appropriately. If you've ever wondered if pre-workout supplements or protein powder are right for you, how you can eat before a workout without upsetting your stomach, or if you need to spend your money on fancy electrolyte brands, this workshop is for you! We'll also be tasting samples again to give you some real-life examples to try before you buy.
This workshop is FREE to all Summer Program Members (via the Zen Planner Member App).

Amy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 9 years of experience counseling clients for weight management, disease prevention and management, exercise nutrition, and gastrointestinal disorders. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Clemson University (go Tigers!) and completed her Dietetic Internship in Augusta, Georgia. She is currently pursuing a certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Amy has a passion for overall wellness – physical, mental, and social – and embeds all aspects in her work with clients.
During a session with Amy, you’ll quickly see that her coaching philosophy involves equal parts nutrition education, behavior change, and the psychology behind eating. Through this lens, Amy will motivate you to take purposeful action to feel your best. She is a strong believer that living a healthy lifestyle should expand your life, not constrict it, and that food can be the most powerful medicine there is.
