Hyrox Training at Unbreakable Fitness
Train for HYROX with structure, flexibility, and race-specific coaching.
HYROX training at Unbreakable Fitness is built into our regular 12-week program, giving you a flexible and effective way to prepare for race day. Whether you are training for your first HYROX, chasing a personal record, or simply looking for a new challenge, our program helps you build the strength, conditioning, running capacity, and confidence needed to perform well. The beauty of HYROX is that many of the demands of the race are already part of what we do: Sled work, carries, rowing, skiing, lunges, wall balls, and functional strength. As your race approaches, we organize that training more specifically so you are prepared for the demands of competition. Training for the February 11, 2027 Chicago HYROX?
