The new gym at 7511 Madison in Forest Park is moving forward at a wicked fast pace. The painting is done! The cleaning crew has come in and cleaned it from top to bottom! The flooring is scheduled to be installed on Tuesday along with the equipment on Wednesday! Barring any unforeseen setbacks, we expect to be ready for the official opening on Thursday, February 2nd!
In addition to facility changes, I am also excited about new club management software that will be available in a few days. The “Zen Planner” will be a new way to connect with me. Once you have established an account, you will be able to:

I have really missed our regular schedule and seeing all of you in class. I am really anxious and looking forward to us getting back together. Remember, look for the email on Wednesday and get signed up ASAP.
