F.T.S. - It means what you think it means

It can grip you. It has its own gravity. It can pull you down and away from your dreams. It wastes your time. We all know what it is, who they are, and what “they” say. It’s too damn heavy to carry around. There is good news, though.  The good news is that 95% of this stuff is insignificant, or as I like to call it…SHIT. It takes our emotions and energy away from the people and things that truly matter. Consider this an invitation. This is an invitation to a revolution.  This is an invitation to freedom. The invitation is here. It’s easy…when confronted or stressed with a situation, just ask yourself…”Is this SHIT?”  If it is, then simply say, FUCK. THAT. SHIT. (psst… it’s ok to say it out loud)…and move forward.   
p.s. The safe for work version is “Forget That Stuff” or simply F.T.S.
