I am proud to announce that we I be opening a new location at 7511 Madison in Forest Park, IL, a beautiful space, which will be home to all Unbreakable Fitness Programs. I am currently renovating the space in addition to continuing to coach and train. Please feel free to swing by, take a look and say hello. While the core of how I coach and train will not change, there are a few changes to note. Please read below to learn more about the programs, schedules and packages that will be coming.
At the core of “UNBREAKABLE” is commitment; a commitment to a lifestyle that continuously make sound decisions and good judgement toward improving the quality of one’s physical health. Whether the goal is to lose weight, build lean muscle, incredible strength, run an ultra-marathon, obstacle course race, 5k, or just to feel better, our programs can suit you. We want to inspire you and increase your accountability toward continual achievement of your personal health and fitness goals. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, our 12 week sessions focus on developing complete fitness. Strength training, cardio conditioning, flexibility and especially nutrition habits are critical to any program and we integrate those components in our process.
There are two basic tracks of unbreakable fitness: Spartan (SGX) or Total Fitness (formerly known as Boot Camp). Both programs build complete and integrated fitness through 3 phases of each 12 week program. These programs run concurrently and are open to all members.
If you happen to miss your Spartan workout, but still want to come in, you are free to join the Total Fitness group (and vice versa). Both programs are progressive in design, moving from simple workouts to more challenging and advanced routines. In addition to the strength and conditioning classes, we have added classes that are available to most members according to the membership type.
The major difference in the two tracks are that the Spartan classes have a root in obstacle course training, so there will be crawling, climbing ropes, jumping over walls, and more running and jumping than the Total Fitness track. Each 12 week program is designed to methodically and progressively take you out of your comfort zone and into the best shape of your life. Pick a program, dive right in, give it everything you’ve got; be consistent and see incredible results.
Provided that all goes well with the construction/renovation of our new facility at 7511 Madison in Forest Park, classes should be underway on 2/1/17. See below for more program detail including start dates, weekly scheduling and costs:

Spartan Strength: TUESDAYS @ 5:30 AM, 7:00 PM AND 8:00 PM
Being strong feels good. Join us for an integrated mix of traditional and non-traditional strength training. Olympic lifts, kettlebells, rope climbs, heavy carries, body weight strength training and more will be used.
Spartan Conditioning: THURSDAYS @ 5:30 AM, 7:00 PM AND 8:00 PM
Interval training designed to get your heart pumping and build relentless endurance and stamina.
Spartan Sunday: SUNDAYS AT @ 7:30 AM
Anything goes. Get yourself race ready as we combine strength training and endurance while often heading outside to tackle trails, hills and natural obstacles.
TOTAL FITNESS CLASSES
Total Fitness Strength: TUESDAYS @ 6:30 AM AND 6:00 PM
Using a variety of methods such as weight training, kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension and body weight to build incredible strength and lean muscle.
Total Fitness Cardio Conditioning: THURSDAYS @ 6:30 AM AND 6:00 PM
Improve your endurance as we build stamina and conditioning using rowers, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. No running or jumping.
Sunday Boot Camp: SUNDAYS @ 9:00 AM
Get ready to put your fitness to the test as we combine strength training and endurance to build unbreakable fitness.

Running Club: SATURDAYS @ 7:00 AM
NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR “Commitment” AND “Unlimited” MEMBERS.
Meet at the gym and head out for a run or walk on a Saturday morning. Pick a distance and go at your own pace. Routes of 2,3,5,7 or more miles available. Stick around for cooldown and coffee post run.
Open Gym: SATURDAYS 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
