Youth Sports Strength and Conditioning Program-Spring 2025
WHO: Athletes (aged 13-15), regardless of sport or skill level/proficiency, seeking to improve their strength, speed, stamina and agility.
WHAT: 12-Week Program that will focus on building the athlete in a safe and progressive manner; age-appropriate weightlifting, balance, agility, conditioning, mobility, and speed development; limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
WHEN: February 26th – May 18th …meeting twice weekly on Sundays at 2 pm and Wednesdays at 4 pm.
WHERE: John Hayley’s Unbreakable Fitness – 7511 Madison Street- Forest Park, IL 60130.
COST: $330 for unlimited classes or $220 for 12 classes.
