BHAGS. Volume 2

2 things that I never really thought would happen this week.
  1. The Cubs won the World Series.
  2. I ran (AND COMPLETED) a 50 mile race.
Both were achieved the same way.
  1. Set a lofty goal. Write it down. Stare it in the face.
  2. Work relentlessly towards it. Especially when it seems/feels like it’s not going to happen.
  3. Embrace the process. Especially the parts/time that you don’t like. It’s ok to be bad at something now, just keep getting better.
  4. Believe in yourself.
  5. Develop a mantra. Positive self-talk works. Practice it always.
  6. Go get it.
